Self-Care, Scaled: Degree Wellness Awards 100th Franchise

The female-founded brand is expanding rapidly with help from Franworth and former NFL player Drew Brees

Six months after launching its franchise program, Degree Wellness has awarded its 100th franchise territory. Just last year, the wellness brand partnered with investor and sustainable franchising firm Franworth, which counts former NFL quarterback Drew Brees as a partner.

The female-founded self-care studio prides itself on a streamlined experience, offering cryotherapy, infrared sauna, cold plunges, red light and contrast therapies, IV vitamin drips, NAD+ anti-aging and more.

“Having recently visited our flagship studio, I love the privacy and how well-organized everything is,” Brees said. “I was able to knock out five Degree Wellness services in just an hour. Degree Wellness offers treatments that are incredibly beneficial for my overall health, and I’m thrilled to be part of making these services accessible to more people as we expand across the country.”

Degree Wellness president Amanda Watts Lightcap said that while the brand is excited to hit the 100-location milestone, she believes the self-care company is just getting started.
