Running from November 11 to November 17, Rowvember challenges participants to complete seven classes in seven days. Those who successfully complete all seven classes will be eligible to win a complimentary one-year membership, courtesy of Row House’s parent company, Extraordinary Brands. The group acquired the indoor rowing brand earlier this year from boutique wellness and fitness franchisor Xponential Fitness. Here’s the class lineup Rowvember 2024 participants can look forward to: November 11: 60-Minute Strength – Start strong with an endurance-focused session that challenges every muscle November 12: Arcade Row – Take a nostalgic journey with rowing workouts inspired by arcade games, adding a playful twist to fitness November 13: Rowlette – A fun, chance-based session where each row is a roll of the dice, keeping members on their toes November 14: Golf – It’s rowing with a focus on precision and form, inspired by the patience and strategy of golf November 15: Relay Row – Team up for an exhilarating relay that pushes members to their limits with a competitive edge November 16: Crew vs Crew – Compete head-to-head with other crews, building camaraderie and team spirit November 17: 60-Minute Planksgiving Restore – Finish strong with a restorative session combining rowing and mobility work to give thanks to the body “Rowvember is a time for our Row House members to come together, celebrate their progress, and push their fitness boundaries in a spirited, community-centered event,” Extraordinary Brands president RJ Krone said. “This is a chance for members to see how far they’ve come, bond with fellow rowers, and have a bit of fun while competing.
