Luxury Meets Longevity at One&Only’s Hudson Valley Residency

Set to open in 2028, One&Only in New York’s Hudson Valley will feature luxury residences and a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie
Nolan Reynolds International (NRI), a luxury hospitality development company, has partnered with Kerzner International and the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) to launch One&Only, a resort and high-end residency in New York’s Hudson Valley.
The news marks the latest development in the rapidly expanding wellness real estate sector, as seen with Life Time Living, The Row at Red Hill with the expertise of functional fitness design leader Aktiv Solutions and a venture between The Well and Terra.
Set for a 21-acre property and slated to open in 2028, One&Only will offer 61 cabins, guest rooms and suites, culinary experiences and a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
At its other locations, the Longevity Hub offers wellness solutions and aesthetics, including cryotherapy, far infrared, Neuro Wave Stimulation, IV drips, massage, longevity supplements, injectables, nutritional support, movement coaching and signature experiences.
“This partnership between NRI, Kerzner and the CIA sets a new industry benchmark,” NRI CEO and managing partner Brent Reynolds said. “The new One&Only in Hudson Valley brings together some of the most innovative and respected brands in the hospitality world and redefines the meaning of experiential luxury as we know it. This new destination resort is grounded on wellness, longevity, immersive learning and gastronomic innovation designed to improve quality of life.”
Operated by Kerzner International under the ownership of the Investment Corporation of Dubai, One&Only lives up to its name — while it’s part of a portfolio of 14 resorts and 381 residences globally, the collection will never exceed 35 properties, preserving its sense of exclusivity.
“We are excited to work together with Nolan Reynolds International and Culinary Institute of America to expand further into North America,” Kerzner president of real estate Juan Aguilar said. “Built on shared values of sustainable design and community engagement, our partnership solidifies the foundation for continued success and legacy expansion in the United States.”
