Life Time Scaling CTR Pilates Class Nationwide
The luxury club operator is fast-tracking its new reformer-based group fitness workout to 60 locations by the end of 2026
From pilot to Pilates, Life Time’s CTR (Core. Tone. Reform.) class has evolved from a test concept into one of its most sought-after offerings, with many clubs enforcing waitlists, daily class limits and no-show fees due to high demand.
First introduced this summer at select clubs, including New York’s Penn 1 and One Wall Street, the high-energy, athletic reformer workout is now going national, expanding from 10 Life Time locations to 18 more by year’s end.
Among the clubs slated to launch the 45-minute, reformer-based class are Life Time locations in Atlanta, Boca Raton, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Minneapolis, New York City, Raleigh, Sacramento, San Diego and Washington, D.C.
Looking ahead, Life Time plans to bring CTR to more than 60 locations by the end of 2026.
“We’re continually evolving and delivering new experiences like CTR through our relentless commitment to innovation and best-in-class instructors,” Life Time vice president of group training and studio Nastassia Smith said. “In every club where CTR has launched, waitlists have become the norm, and we’re consistently adding classes to keep up with high demand.”
The news comes on the heels of another strong quarter for Life Time. The luxury club operator reported third-quarter revenue of $782.6 million, up nearly 13% year-over-year amid consistently high member engagement numbers.
Alongside its booming Dynamic Personal Training program, which Life Time founder and CEO Bahram Akradi told investors Wednesday is generating record-breaking revenue in some clubs, CTR adds to the company’s performance-based formats and expanding wellness ecosystem, which includes Miora longevity clinics, LTH Nutrition and the L.AI.C, an AI-powered digital companion.
