The creatine craze continues with Lemme’s latest supplement drop.
Co-founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker, the wellness brand will debut daily creatine gummies specifically formulated for women on January 13 at its website and eventually at Amazon, Ulta, Target and other retailers. The dietary supplement is NSF Certified for Sport and features 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving (4 gummies; each bottle contains 60) with AstraGin, a ginseng-powered complex to support nutrient absorption.
A popular supplement for bodybuilders and athletes, creatine also naturally occurs in the body. Lemme notes that women naturally produce and store 70 to 80% less creatine than men. “Lemme Creatine helps close that gap for women, supporting strength and recovery, promoting body toning and helping build lean muscle, without the bulk,” the company says in a release.
Creatine helps to build and maintain muscle and support recovery, cellular energy and lean body mass. Recent studies have also found that creatine may also aid with depression relief when paired with antidepressants, cognitive therapy and other standard treatments.

Kardashian Barker tapped momager Kris Jenner to star in a retro social media launch campaign, which sees the stars wink at their family history (“I have a long history with track and field,” say Jenner, who was previously married to Olympic track star Kaitlyn Jenner).
Creatine is booming, as brands are moving beyond powders with more edible formulas such as gummies, chews and tablets. Grand View Research projects the category will grow to $4.21 billion by 2030, while DataM Intelligence expects the gummy supplement market reach $67 billion by 2031.
