FIT House of Brands: F45 Training’s New Multi-Brand Identity

FIT marks a new era in holistic wellness for the franchisor, anchored by F45, FS8, Vaura Pilates and recovery services
F45 Training has unveiled FIT (Functional Inspired Training) House of Brands, a new umbrella identity that unifies its portfolio of brands and 1,500+ studios worldwide.
The lineup includes F45 Training, known for its high-intensity, 45-minute functional workouts, FS8, a fusion of Pilates, tone, and yoga that offers a low-impact approach focused on movement and well-being and Vaura Pilates, a high-energy Pilates experience set in a club-like atmosphere with mood lighting and mirrored ceilings.

The news follows a record-setting year, which saw 75 new studios open across the three brands and a 12.4% growth in global average unit volumes for F45 Training, 23.9% for FS8 and 51.1% for Vaura Pilates. Additionally, FIT forged several strategic partnerships with fitness competition brands Hyrox and Spartan, tech giant Samsung, Battle Cancer and telehealth provider Dr. B, so members can access GLP-1 medications and combine them with the franchisor’s fitness and nutrition tools.

“The launch of FIT marks a pivotal moment for the fitness and wellness industry,” FIT CEO Tom Dowd said. Dowd took the helm of the franchisor just two years ago, driving the brand to new heights.

“We’re not just evolving – we’re redefining ourselves as well as our brand story, enabling expansion under our umbrella to include new modalities whether through acquisition or development,” he continued. “FIT is leading the charge in holistic wellness by uniting F45 Training, FS8, Vaura Pilates and our recovery services under one powerful vision. This is about empowering communities worldwide to move better, feel stronger and live longer.”
As part of its push into recovery, FIT has added popular wellness modalities at select studios, including cold plunges, infrared saunas and percussion therapy.
