BODi Adds At-Home Pilates, Women’s Health Content

BODi is one of two legacy fitness and nutrition brands leaning into women’s hormonal health this week, both amid a year of transition

BODi, formerly known as The Beachbody Company, is unveiling the ultimate wellness trifecta this fall, spotlighting women’s hormonal health, Pilates and functional nutrition.

The move brings Belle Vitale, trainer Autumn Calabrese’s hormone health program, to all BODi subscribers while debuting Track Pilates, a new four-week, at-home fitness series. The program is designed for flexibility, either at-home or on-the-go and anchors to nearly any door or wall.

A separate Pilates equipment bundle packs everything needed, including a Control Track with optional wall attachment, Pilates straps, resistance bands, a core ball, strength slides and booties.

On the nutrition front, BODi is expanding its Shakeology line with three new vegan flavors that have zero grams of added sugar (Café Latte, Cookies & Creamy and Tropical Strawberry) and are available in 14- and 30-serving options.

“This season marks one of the most pivotal moments in BODi’s evolution; shifting beyond Beachbody’s original focus on weight loss and vanity metrics toward the compelling health and longevity benefits of lifestyle change represented by the new BODi brand,” BODi co-founder and CEO Carl Daikeler said.

Notably, BODi’s focus on women’s health parallels WeightWatchers, another legacy brand that just returned to Nasdaq and introduced a menopause program fronted by Queen Latifah.

Belle Vitale digital programming is now included at no additional cost for all BODi subscribers. Track Pilates is live on the BODi platform, while the new Shakeology flavors are available at BODi.com.

Calabrese, known for her creation of 21 Day Fix and 4-Week Gut Protocol, draws on her own journey through life’s hormonal stages to shape the program.

“I was struggling with no answers, and that’s why I created Belle Vitale,” she said. “It’s the solution I wish I had when I first started experiencing hormonal shifts in my early 40s. I’m excited to be able to give this solution to women who are experiencing these symptoms. Now, with expanded access to Belle Vitale and the launch of Track Pilates, we’re not just starting a conversation about women’s health. We’re putting the power back in their hands to transform their health and thrive.”

The focus on hormone health also builds on BODi’s recent partnership with Hello Alpha, a women-focused virtual healthcare provider. Announced earlier this year, the alliance extends Belle Vitale by pairing its lifestyle program with at-home testing, medical guidance, and personalized treatment plans when needed.

The fall lineup comes as BODi continues to navigate a year of transition. In August, the company voluntarily shifted its stock listing from the New York Stock Exchange to Nasdaq, following pressure from an earlier compliance warning tied to NYSE listing standards.

Looking ahead, BODi plans to launch Shakeology in food and drugstore retail channels in the fourth quarter, followed by a P90X-branded nutrition line in early 2026 and an Insanity line by late 2026 or early 2027. Both launches will be paired with new digital fitness programs under the P90X and Insanity brands.
