Fitness celebrity Tracy Anderson has officially opened her first Southeast United States studio, in Coral Gables, Florida, introducing the Miami area to her functional movement philosophy.

The 5,500-square-foot space, which opens November 12, offers her signature workout, including original choreography and patented equipment.

“Building a business from a special skill is a committed and enduring process, and I have been dreaming of emerging in the Miami market for many years,” said Anderson. “Like all our spaces, it’s designed as a sanctuary where people can come as they are to deeply improve their health, honor their movement span, and practice how to truly be with their bodies.”

The Coral Gables studio represents Anderson’s first expansion into the Southeast and her tenth global location. Led locally by longtime client and collaborator Oana Reedy, the new flagship blends wellness design with Anderson’s signature training systems, including infrared heat panels, custom humidity controls, and her Iso-Kinetic Band System and CardioFly Super G Floor.

“Tracy has created an entirely new language of wellness that is more than just a workout—it’s an organic source of energy and strength that elevates everything else,” said Reedy

The studio features Anderson’s latest equipment innovations: the MyMode, Growth Rings Collection, and HeartStone weighted energy trainers, designed to create balance and alignment through precise, controlled movement.

Memberships include individualized programs developed by Anderson’s “Prescription Team,” a group of trainers who have studied under her for more than a decade. These personalized plans evolve with members’ progress over time, while a limited number of drop-in classes offer access for new participants.

Beyond her expanding studio network, Anderson continues to innovate across equipment and wellness design. Earlier this year, she introduced Rheametis, a reformer-style machine that reimagines resistance training through multidirectional, spring-based movement designed to move with the body rather than against it.

Available exclusively at her Sag Harbor studio, Rheametis incorporates more than 3,500 original movements and features a proprietary “Tush Push” mechanism targeting the glutes and thighs while protecting spinal alignment. She also opened Tracy Anderson Privé in Santa Monica, a studio-meets-sanctuary that emphasizes multidirectional workouts, recovery, and whole-body mindfulness.

The new studio joins those in New York, Los Angeles, London, Madrid, and the Hamptons. Tracy Anderson Studio Coral Gables is located at 1430 S. Dixie Hwy, with the entrance on Madruga Ave. A Palm Beach location is planned for 2026.
