The social fitness platform will become a Hyrox race title sponsor while powering event discovery, bookings and payments across the Hyrox365 ecosystem

Hyrox has struck a wide-ranging partnership with Sweatpals, naming the social fitness platform an official North American partner and title sponsor of Hyrox Miami Beach 2027, as well as the official event platform of Hyrox365.

The partnership will see Sweatpals serve as title sponsor of Sweatpals Hyrox Miami Beach 2027, with additional activations planned before and after the event.

More broadly, the deal will also see Sweatpals integrate its technology directly into the Hyrox365 ecosystem through the Hyrox Performance HUB, allowing athletes to discover and book training sessions and community events at Hyrox-affiliated gyms.

For gym operators, the integration could create another avenue for turning Hyrox’s popularity into revenue. Affiliates will be able to use Sweatpals to host and monetize training simulations, events and open-gym sessions, with the platform handling bookings, day passes, payments and member acquisition.

The events will be managed through Sweatpals while appearing within Hyrox’s Training Finder.

“Through our partnership with Sweatpals, Hyrox affiliate gyms can create, promote, and manage local training events, simulations, and open gym sessions through an integration with the Hyrox Training Finder,” Hyrox co-founder and CEO Christian Toetzke said. “Together we’re giving thousands of gyms the tools to attract participants, generate revenue, and host events year-round.”

The Sweatpals partnership is the latest in a string of deals designed to turn Hyrox from a race series into a year-round training ecosystem.

Last week, Hyrox launched Training+, a digital platform that lets gyms embed official workouts and training programs into their existing member apps. ABC Fitness and EGYM are among the initial technology partners supporting the rollout.

Hyrox has also been aggressively expanding its physical presence inside gyms. Vasa Fitness recently agreed to bring official Hyrox training environments to an initial 10 clubs, following an EoS Fitness deal covering 25 U.S. locations. Orangetheory Fitness, F45 Training and World Gym are among the other major operators that have joined Hyrox’s growing training network.

The company has attracted major brands outside the traditional fitness industry, too. Amazon struck a global partnership with Hyrox in August spanning e-commerce storefronts, music and race-day activations, while Lexus recently became the official national vehicle partner for Hyrox North America.

Hyrox expects participation to surpass 2 million athletes during its 2026/27 season. Last month, the fitness-racing brand entered a new ownership era when Infront Sports & Media sold its majority stake to a consortium led by L Catterton in a deal that reportedly valued Hyrox at around $700 million.

The deal also represents a major partnership for Sweatpals as the Austin-based startup expands following a $12 million seed round announced last October. At the time, Sweatpals reported more than 1 million monthly users and 170,000 weekly active users, with more than 20,000 new fitness and wellness experiences created on the platform in a single month.

Sweatpals has positioned itself at the intersection of fitness and social connection, allowing consumers to discover everything from run clubs and strength workouts to wellness events while providing hosts with tools for ticketing, communication and participant management.

The Hyrox deal should significantly expand that role; Hyrox says it now has 20,000 affiliate gyms worldwide.

“For Sweatpals and Hyrox, community doesn’t stop at the finish line,” Sweatpals co-founder and CEO Salar Shahini said. “By building directly into Hyrox365, we’re proud to give the Hyrox community a home between races, as well as through their gyms, trainers, and social clubs.”
