Discover how this fast-growing brand is making fitness spaces smarter, sleeker, and more sustainable — with innovation built into every detail
In an increasingly crowded fitness landscape where innovation, personalization and visual identity carry as much weight as performance, Skelcore has emerged as a brand that checks all the boxes – and more.
Based in Miami and founded in 2020, Skelcore is the luxury fitness equipment arm of Evolution Group USA, a global player with over two decades of experience in health and wellness. In just a few years, Skelcore has positioned itself at the forefront of high-end fitness by offering a complete, design-forward and customizable product ecosystem that spans strength, cardio, recovery and lifestyle.
The company’s name itself embodies the core essence of human fitness – protecting the skeleton while building core strength. This mission is carried through a comprehensive product line designed not just for performance, but to reflect the identity of the gyms and individuals who use it. With offerings designed for commercial, hospitality and residential settings, Skelcore distinguishes itself with sleek aesthetics, biomechanically sound engineering and a design sensibility that elevates any space.
Elite Branding Partner
CEO and Founder Marc Ackermann set out to create a solution that moves beyond one-off equipment sales. “Our goal when we started the brand was to offer a complete fitness solution covering all aspects of the fitness journey that allowed clubs and facility owners to offer members a differentiated and stylish product under one brand,” says Ackermann. In doing so, Skelcore has become more than a product provider – it is a design and branding partner to elite gym operators around the world.
With a strong focus on sustainability, Skelcore’s Elite Series makes use of aluminum extruded components that reduce plastic usage while boosting durability. It’s a nod to eco-conscious operators and an answer to growing consumer demand for responsible manufacturing. Customization is also a cornerstone: gym owners can tailor the look, feel and functionality of their installations to meet their brand identity and member demographics.
In just 24 months, the brand has expanded into 50 countries and has been selected by top gym chains in the U.S., including EoS, Crunch, UFC Gym, Golds Gym, Powerhouse Gym and Anatomy Gym Miami. Ackermann attributes this rapid growth to a universal desire among club operators for innovation and differentiation.

Space-Saving Designs
At the upcoming Athletech News Innovation Summit, attendees will have the opportunity to experience firsthand four of Skelcore’s most distinctive offerings, each showcasing the brand’s commitment to design, high-performance engineering and space-conscious functionality.
First, the Skelcore Ascentmill will be available for trial. This commercial-grade incline trainer blends the functionality of a treadmill and stair climber with steep incline capabilities up to 50% and a decline to -5%, allowing for VO2 max testing or high-intensity cardio in a compact footprint. Created for hotels, boutique gyms and condo fitness centers and any facility looking for space-saving design, it offers a 43″ x 20″ running surface, ergonomic handrails and an LED console with built-in multimedia options. With speeds up to 10 mph, it delivers high-output cardio as well.
Next, the Skelcore Foldable Pilates Reformer represents the brand’s foray into modular recovery and flexibility training. Built for versatility, the reformer transforms any fitness space into a Pilates studio and folds away neatly when not in use. With options in aluminum alloy or fine hardwoods like oak and American maple, and outfitted with German piano wire springs, it merges performance with elegance. Included accessories like a jump board, sitting box and adjustable ropes support a wide variety of exercises, from beginner to advanced levels.

Craftsmanship & Functionality
Attendees will also be able to explore Skelcore’s Power Series Plate Loaded line, a 12-piece collection of strength machines designed for simplicity, efficiency and biomechanical integrity. “With a growing number of female members prioritizing strength training, these machines aim to create a less intimidating environment while delivering professional-grade performance,” said Ackermann.
From upper-body mainstays like the Chest Press and Lat Pull Down to lower-body options like the Vertical Leg Press and hip thrust variations, the series offers complete muscle targeting with compact footprints, ergonomic handles and precise adjustability.
Finally, Skelcore will debut its new luxury walnut weights and plates. Marrying craftsmanship with functionality, this new collection exemplifies the brand’s lifestyle approach to fitness.
With its deep commitment to design and holistic approach to fitness, Skelcore is not just redefining gym equipment – it’s reimagining what a fitness brand can be. Be sure not to miss Skelcore at the Athletech News Innovation Summit.
