With the partnership, Power Plate is bringing vibration training from pro sports into everyday fitness, corporate wellness and tactical readiness
Vibration tech brand Power Plate is teaming up with high-performance coaching company Exos to bring its “good vibes” to a wider stage, embedding its equipment and training across Exos’ ecosystem, from athletic facilities and workplace wellness programs to military readiness.
Beyond physical spaces, the deal extends into education and digital. The Power Plate Academy, which offers two CEU-accredited certifications, will be built into Exos’ training platforms, reaching more than 15,000 coaches and practitioners. At the same time, Power Plate content will roll out on the Exos App, which serves over 100,000 users.
“This partnership is about unlocking the future of human potential,” said Steve Borre, the chief operating officer of Power Plate’s parent company, Performance Health Systems. “By aligning our patented vibration technology with Exos’ comprehensive approach to performance and well-being, we’re delivering a new standard for readiness, resilience and recovery.”
The collaboration also comes as consumers increasingly look for ways to improve health span. VO2 max, widely recognized as a key predictor of cardiovascular health and longevity, is one area where Power Plate has staked out an edge with REV, a bike that layers vibration into cycling to amplify muscular and cardiovascular demand, delivering greater VO2 max improvements in shorter sessions, according to the brand.
“When we select our partners, we want the absolutely best in class,” Exos founder and president Mark Verstegen said. “And that’s what we get with Power Plate. Their products — from vibration plates to the ground-breaking Power Plate REV cycle — fit naturally into our system, elevating how we help our clients prepare for the moments that matter most, whether that’s on the field, in the workplace or in everyday life.”
