The Texas-founded operator has transformed three Fitness Connection locations with expanded strength areas, upgraded cardio and sought-after recovery amenities as competition to meet growing member expectations intensifies

Fitness Connection facilities across Texas have undergone major upgrades, thanks to a $10 million investment the company poured into elevating member experiences.

Members at three clubs throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas can now take advantage of upgraded equipment, new recovery amenities and updated interiors and branding.

Those renovations include enhanced workout experiences, thanks to expanded strength training areas — featuring Arsenal Strength equipment and Booty Builder machines — and upgraded cardio equipment.

Additionally, the Texas-based chain is leaning into exploding consumer demand for wellness amenities, incorporating infrared saunas, zero-gravity massage chairs and cold therapy systems, creating a hub for training, socializing and recovery.

“The future of fitness isn’t about choosing between value and experience,” said Fitness Connection CEO Phil Howard. “We’re proving that members shouldn’t have to compromise. Our goal is simple — create welcoming clubs where more people have access to the equipment, amenities, and the support they need to live healthier lives.”

Although Fitness Connection didn’t mention expansion plans beyond its 47 locations throughout North Carolina, Nevada, Georgia and Texas, the brand did indicate plans for additional investments as part of a mission to evolve its Texas portfolio to better serve members across its home state.
