F45’s latest partnership underscores a growing trend of fitness brands expanding beyond workouts and into personalized, preventive health
If the future of fitness is personalized and increasingly tied to lab-informed plans, F45 Training is on board.
The global fitness brand, which sits under the FIT House of Brands along with FS8 and Vaura Pilates, has inked a new two-year partnership with Joi + Blokes, naming the telehealth provider its official diagnostics and personalized supplements partner in the U.S.
The partnership taps into Joi + Blokes’ telehealth platform, which uses lab testing to guide personalized care plans across hormone and metabolic health, alongside offerings in GLP-1 treatment, sexual health, longevity and supplements.

“F45 Training has always focused on delivering results through consistency, structure and smart training,” FIT House of Brands chief marketing officer Brian Killingsworth said. “This partnership gives our members additional tools to better understand their wellness journey while supporting their training beyond the studio, without overcomplicating the process of accessing these science-based programs.”
One of many players in the current gold rush around biomarker blood testing and telemedicine, Joi + Blokes recently launched a new program offering 30 to 60-minute consultations with licensed clinicians to review lab results completed anywhere.
F45 says the partnership will be supported via digital integration and will include exclusive F45 member offers, educational content and studio-level activations.
The move illustrates the growing gym-as-clinic model, with fitness brands opting to partner with dedicated health and telehealth providers rather than take on the complexity of building in-house testing and clinical services.
Equinox, for example, has expanded its partnership with Function Health, a digital health platform that offers more than 100 biomarker tests and detailed insights based on the results. Catalyst Fitness, a health club operator in Western New York, has partnered with telehealth provider ApexMD to bring a physician-led wellness program to both members and non-members, extending care beyond the gym floor.
