Centr Launches New Workouts, Including Hyrox Training

From functional strength and mobility programs to Hyrox racing prep, Centr is set to launch more workouts throughout the year
Centr, the fitness ecosystem founded by Chris Hemsworth, is bolstering its fitness offerings, including new training programs and features as well as new ways to train for Hyrox fitness racing events.
It begins with a new, six-week strength and mobility program led by strength expert Korey Rowe, which is now live. The program offers five weekly workouts (20-45 minutes each) that combine dumbbells and bodyweight exercises and debuts Centr’s new self-guided audio coaching so users can train hands-free with guidance from Rowe.

Another training program, Centr x Steph Rose: Unbreakable, will be released on April 14, centered on total-body strength and range of motion.

As for its Hyrox-certified digital training programs, Centr has launched two 12-week training programs for competitors of all levels:
- Hyrox Starter: Designed for “Open” event participants new to Hyrox (but not fitness) who are looking to develop foundational hybrid training skills
- Hyrox Accelerator: Designed for experienced Hyrox athletes preparing for either “Open” or “Pro” races
Additional programs are slated to roll out throughout the year.

In addition to Centr’s new self-guided audio coaching option, other features have been added, including an integrated logbook for tracking workouts and measuring performance, customizable workouts tailored to individual goals and schedules, and coach syncing to ensure cues blend seamlessly with the music.
