The fitness equipment and tech giant’s new AI Ecosystem leverages data from more than 38 million users to personalize workout guidance, support trainers and offer operators deeper business insights
Technogym is diving deeper into the artificial intelligence revolution sweeping the fitness and wellness industry.
With the launch of the Technogym AI Ecosystem, the equipment manufacturer is leveraging what it describes as an “agentic AI revolution” that draws upon a dataset of more than 38 million connected users to lean into personalization more than ever.
The AI-powered system will include features such as Adaptive Training workout programs that continuously adapt to a user’s progress, data and goals, to enhance and streamline results.
Users will also be guided by the Technogym AI Coach, which provides ongoing support through personalized programs and guidance on training, nutrition and recovery.
Additionally, the platform’s newly launched AI Assistant is made to help operators and trainers by identifying potential drop-out signals and simplifying operational tasks.
Fitness professionals can utilize the tool to create personalized programs that still exemplify their individual coaching style, which could reduce the time needed to design a program by up to 80%, allowing trainers to connect more with their clients.
Outside of coaching, Technogym’s open digital platform integrates apps, smart equipment and management software into a single data pool, giving operators strategic insights to optimize key business indicators such as new member acquisition, retention and engagement.

The launch is an extension of the brand’s intelligence-fueled journey, following Technogym’s AI-powered Checkup assessment station, which analyzes six metrics — body composition, cardio performance, strength, balance, flexibility and cognitive response — and translates them instantly into actionable insights.
