Rainier Partners and subsidiary Omega Fitness have acquired 21 Anytime Fitness gyms in Wisconsin from MDS Fitness, the groups announced.
Omega Fitness, the second largest Anytime Fitness franchisee in the U.S. with 70 gyms, has been acquired by PE firm Rainier Partners.
