This formula pairs Fibersol-2, a clinically studied soluble fiber shown to reduce bloating, absorb sugars to help maintain post-meal blood glucose levels and helps you stay fuller longer. It contains two of the most studied prebiotic fibers – XOS and inulin – to nourish beneficial gut bacteria, support immune and digestive help and improve nutrient absorption.
