The 11,500-square-foot fitness facility marks the beginning of Legacy’s planned nationwide expansion, adding to seven existing locations in South Florida

Legacy, an upscale fitness chain known widely around South Florida, is opening its first flagship location outside of the Sunshine State.

The Miami-based brand will introduce its trademark Partner Interval Training (PIT) system, high-performance amenities and community feel to Nashville, Tennessee, just as 2025 approaches its close.

“Nashville embodies the energy, resilience and sense of community that define Legacy’s culture and vision,” said Manning Sumner, the founder and CEO of Legacy. “This city is growing rapidly, attracting ambitious individuals who strive for more — and that’s exactly who we are here to serve.”

Opening on Friday, the 11,500-square-foot facility will be located in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, marking the beginning of Legacy’s next chapter in nationwide expansion and adding to its seven existing locations in Florida.

Legacy’s signature PIT system will be at the center of the new facility. The system combines HIIT and resistance training among pairs who work out together, motivating each other and performing strength training exercises and high-intensity cardio movements. PIT functions as a private training session inside of a larger group fitness format, with partners working out together as part of a class of 20 to 40 people, fostering a communal fitness atmosphere.

In addition to the pair-based training, the new location will feature:

  • Equipment including Sorinex, Hammer Strength and Arsenal strength machines, AssaultRunners, Versaclimbers, SkiErgs, rowers, fan bikes, heavy bags, custom battle ropes, sleds, dumbbells, rope climbers, plyo boxes and more
  • Soundproof, tech-savvy workspaces and a cutting-edge sound system
  • Recovery amenities including cold plunges, a co-ed sauna and dedicated physical therapy space
  • Full-service locker rooms
  • Smoothie bar
  • No Days Off apparel retail store
  • On-site parking

Co-designed by Sumner and Sky Werk Development, the facility also features 24-foot ceilings, PLAE turf and a No Days Off neon sign, which is a well-known feature of Legacy’s Wynwood location.

“Our new Nashville location isn’t just a gym; it’s a destination for those committed to pushing their limits, building meaningful connections and embracing a ‘No Days Off’ mindset in every aspect of life,” Sumner added. “We cannot wait to open the doors and become part of the community in Germantown.”

Sumner’s No Days Off Premium Water will also be available in Nashville through DET Beverages distribution. The high-end canned water brand has begun expanding across the U.S., gaining popularity as the official premium water of the Miami Heat and the Kaseya Center.
