JetSet Pilates Opens Second NYC Location
JetSet Pilates is bringing its signature Reformer experience to Gramercy with a high-energy launch party this month
JetSet Pilates is opening its second New York City location this month in Gramercy. A grand opening celebration is scheduled for April 27 at 257 3rd Ave., with a community event from 2 – 4 p.m.
The news comes as New York was recently ranked the most Pilates-obsessed state, according to data from Pilates Matters, a Pilates equipment and accessories retailer.
Behind the high-end Reformer Pilates franchise’s new location is Melissa Clonts, a local resident, former collegiate cheerleader and surgical nurse who fell in love with the practice for its strength and balance-building benefits. She plans to open additional JetSet Pilates locations in the near future.
“Fitness has always been a foundational part of my life, and Pilates perfectly aligns with my passion for promoting both physical and mental well-being,” Clonts said. “Gramercy is such a vibrant, health-conscious community, and I look forward to bringing the JetSet Pilates experience to the area. I’m excited to create a space where people can challenge themselves, connect and thrive.”
The grand opening event will feature a DJ, professional photographer, local wellness and lifestyle brands and curated gift bags for new founding members.

The new location adds to JetSet Pilates’ growing presence. Since launching its franchising arm in 2022, the modern Reformer Pilates brand now operates 21 studios and has more than 100 locations in development across 17 states and Australia. In February, the Miami-based fitness brand secured an investment from Purchase Capital LLC to fuel its expansion.
