UFC GYM opened gym no. 1 in December of 2009 as the first center to combine traditional fitness and MMA-inspired fitness with a goal to disrupt the “stale” fitness industry. UFC GYM purchased LA Boxing in December 2012 and started the franchising journey domestically. We kicked off international franchising in 2013 in Australia. UFC GYM believes you shouldn’t have to be a professional athlete or fighter to train like one. Developed in partnership with the UFC, the fast-growing fitness chain combines MMA-inspired conditioning, strength training and wellness into a unique experience.

The UFC GYM concept continues gaining traction globally, with the brand expanding to more than 170 locations across 30-plus countries through a flexible, multi-format model that ranges from flagship facilities to compact clubs. We are currently developing another 900+ locations in 43 countries.

How many units do you currently have? Additionally, how many new ones are opening per month and in which geographic areas are you most popular?

171 units are currently opened, opening 3-4 per month on average in 2026. Our most popular geographic areas are the USA, Middle East and India.

What are the key revenue streams for franchisees?

Membership monthly dues, new membership sales, personal training, and recovery & wellness services.

How is your brand positioned for future growth and expansion in the next 5-10 years?

We have explosive growth in the next 5-10 years as we continue our global expansion in 43 countries and counting. With the popularity of the continued growing UFC brand, UFC GYM is positioned well to expand into all major markets globally across all continents.

What are the minimum capital requirements, initial investment costs and ongoing fees for franchisees? Furthermore, are financing or other fundraising options available?

Minimum requirements for our UFC GYM Signature concept are $1,500,000 net worth & $500,000 liquidity. Minimum requirements for our UFC GYM Jiu-Jitsu Studio concept are $300,000 net worth & $100,000 liquidity. Ongoing fees range from 3% to 6% depending on model. We have great financing partners we work with to help franchisees make the right decisions.

What training and support do you provide to franchisees, including marketing, advertising, technology, equipment and real estate?

As a franchisor, UFC GYM offers a full suite of training and ongoing support for franchisees including a 3-day Management Institute for owners and operators where we dive into the details of sales, marketing, fitness, operations and more.

We work with industry-best vendors for marketing, advertising, technology and equipment. We take all of the guess work out of opening and operating a UFC GYM. We handle everything real estate from site selection, to LOI and final lease negotiations. UFC GYM also offers a management service agreement where we run the entire business for the franchisee. We also offer consulting services for owners that want a more hands on approach to driving their business. We have set monthly calls and schedule 1-on-1 calls to make sure we are offering support and recommendations for all franchisees.

Do you grant exclusive rights to a specific geographic area or are there any limitations on competition from other franchisees?

UFC GYM does offer exclusive rights to a specific geographic area depending on the number of units that are purchased or we give the franchisee a radius of exclusivity around their gym.

Can you provide any pertinent financial performance details that would assist potential franchisees?

The average net revenue per year in our UFC GYM Signature locations are over $4M and our top 25% are over $6M.
