Fly Dance Fitness continues its national expansion, adding new studios in Texas, Utah and Florida as the dance-based fitness brand grows its community across the U.S.

Fly Dance Fitness, the Sarasota-based, female-founded dance fitness brand, is keeping the momentum going in its first year of franchising, announcing a string of new openings and location confirmations.

The company’s first Texas studio will debut in San Antonio on September 6, marking a milestone in Fly Dance Fitness’ expansion into new regions. South Jordan, Utah, is also set to open in September, while the newest location will bring Fly Dance Fitness to Apollo Beach, Florida.

These additions join a growing roster of studios already operating in Johns Creek (Alpharetta), Georgia; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Broomfield (Denver), Colorado; Orlando, Florida; and Knoxville, Tennessee, alongside the brand’s original Sarasota home base.

More openings are on the horizon, including Tampa’s Ybor Heights neighborhood in August; Lakewood Ranch, Florida (a second Sarasota location) later this summer; and upcoming debuts in Pinellas and Apollo Beach, Florida; Charleston, South Carolina; Lake Norman (Charlotte), North Carolina; Wichita (Kansas); South Jordan (Utah); Sugar Land (Houston), Texas; Arlington (Dallas), Texas; and Mansfield (North Dallas), Texas.

Since its founding in Sarasota, Fly Dance Fitness has stood out for its accessible-yet-challenging choreography and positive community atmosphere. The concept offers four class formats: Throw Down, So Fly Step, Sculpt Weights and Sculpt Circuits.

“For so many, Fly Dance Fitness is more than a place to break a sweat, it’s a community for mental wellness, accountability, and joy,” Stacey Marks, the Fly Dance CEO, told Athletech News. “With our franchise studios expanding throughout this year into new cities, that same magic is unfolding in six states, with more to come. We’ve seen tears of gratitude from members who never thought something like this could exist in their neighborhood.”
