Co-founded by Peter Attia, the high-end health clinic trades cold and clinical white walls for wellness suites and offers concierge diagnostics, recasting patients as members
Tired of rushed appointments and fragmented care, more people are stepping outside the bounds of conventional medicine and embracing a new identity: not as patients but as paying members seeking personalized, preventive care on their own terms and at a premium.
Biograph, a high-end preventive health clinic co-founded by Peter Attia, is stepping into that space with its new Manhattan location, reframing the clinical experience through concierge-style diagnostics and early intervention in a setting that feels more retreat than medical.
The new East Coast location extends the longevity-focused company’s footprint beyond the San Francisco Bay Area with global expansion in its sights.
Spanning 15,000 square feet, the 27 Park Row clinic is designed for privacy and calm, featuring a reflection pool and a central courtyard inspired by Japanese garden design. Private suites serve as quiet sanctuaries between tests, offering natural light and views of curated greenery. Diagnostic rooms are built for both comfort and functionality, with dedicated consultation spaces.
“We designed our NYC clinic with our members’ needs in mind, envisioning a space that would inspire, energize and empower every individual who walks through our doors to feel comfortable in their healthcare journey,” Biograph co-founder John Hering said. “The clinic is truly where luxury meets wellness, serving as a hidden oasis that offers total immersion in wellness just steps away from the buzz of urban life.”
Since opening its first clinic, Biograph says more than 15% of its members have uncovered urgent or life-altering health issues, underscoring its mission and moving the concept beyond impressive aesthetics through advanced imaging technology, including next-generation MRI and CT scanners for early detection and long-term health monitoring.
The preventive health and longevity clinic offers two tiers of membership. The Core plan, priced at $7,500, delivers a one-time in-depth snapshot of an individual’s health. The Black tier, at $15,000, includes over 30 assessments and provides ongoing support and expert guidance. Members, depending on their plan, receive risk evaluations across multiple areas including cancer, metabolic health, cardiovascular function, neurological conditions and overall quality of life.
