The new Blanco Market location features five indoor courts with ProCushion surfaces, LED lighting and smart court technology, along with beginner clinics, recreational and competitive leagues, tournaments, and private event rentals. A second San Antonio site is already under construction near the University of Texas at San Antonio and will include ten indoor courts, the company said. credit: Dill Dinkers In addition to court access, the Stone Oak location includes a pro shop stocked with paddles, balls and gear from Pickleball Central, with demo equipment and member-exclusive pricing. The new location is led by franchise owners Brian and Karen Birdy, who also head PMI Birdy Properties, one of the largest property management firms in Texas. The couple plans to open as many as 20 Dill Dinkers locations across the greater San Antonio area as part of a regional expansion effort.
