BODi & Hello Alpha Team Up for Holistic Wellness Support

A new partnership between BODi and Hello Alpha supports users seeking weight loss management support and hormone help
The Beachbody Company (BODi) has partnered with women-focused virtual healthcare provider Hello Alpha, which offers weight loss treatments and services related to women’s health, hormonal health and more.
BODi and Hello Alpha are focused on hormone health and weight management for now, but the companies have confirmed plans to expand their partnership in the near future.
“This collaboration with Hello Alpha is a powerful new expansion of BODi’s offerings with an intention to support true health and wellness for BODi members,” BODi co-founder and CEO Carl Daikeler said. “Our members can now take their health journey to the next level with comprehensive medical support and personalized insights from a licensed medical provider who will have the context of integrating their specific BODi program into their holistic, healthy lifestyle, all from the comfort of their home.”
The alliance will enhance BODi’s recently launched Belle Vitale program, a 12-week lifestyle program focused on women’s hormone health led by celebrity trainer and fitness and nutrition expert Autumn Calabrese. With the Hello Alpha partnership, Belle Vitale members can complement the program with at-home testing, medical guidance and personalized treatment plans if needed.

“Hormonal fluctuations are a natural part of a woman’s life,” Hello Alpha chief medical officer Dr. Loni Belyea said. “But imbalances can lead to challenging symptoms like mood changes, sleep disturbances and weight fluctuations. Understanding these changes through testing and expert guidance is crucial.”
For those seeking weight management support, Hello Alpha patients will have access to BODi’s fitness programs to help preserve muscle mass and achieve their goals.
“Studies have shown the importance of combining strength training with weight loss medication to preserve lean muscle and improve long-term outcomes,” Dr. Belyea added. “Loss of muscle can hinder weight loss efforts and lead to other health problems. This partnership offers our patients a comprehensive approach to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.”
BODi joins a growing list of fitness companies integrating telehealth as a natural extension of their services, catering to consumer demand for a convenient, all-in-one wellness solution.
Life Time and Xponential Fitness have launched standalone weight loss and wellness therapies with Miora and Lindora, respectively, while fitness franchisor F45 has teamed with Dr. B to offer members weight loss medications using their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) funds. Dallas-based Recess Fitness, a premium fitness operator, has also introduced a telehealth component with Recess Rx, offering weight loss medications and hormone replacement therapies. Fitness equipment leader Echelon has also entered the ring with ActiveMD, a program pairing its fitness programs with GLP-1s.
