BFT Marks National Exercise Day With Events, Sweepstakes

Body Fit Training (BFT), a global boutique fitness brand backed by Xponential Fitness, is celebrating National Exercise Day on April 18 with giveaways, special offers and studio events at participating locations.
With more than 300 studios worldwide, BFT delivers 50-minute group workouts focused on strength training and conditioning.
To mark the occasion, BFT is launching a nationwide sweepstakes, awarding one winner a free year of training. Throughout the month, participating studios will also offer complimentary trial sessions and exclusive membership promotions. On April 18, select studios will host celebration events featuring free workouts and local vendors.
The Australian-founded boutique strength training concept recently opened its first Scandinavian studio in Oslo’s Majorstuen neighborhood.
