The Zumba Cruise returns in March 2026 with five days of dance workouts, wellness experiences and high-energy fun aboard the Norwegian Pearl
Zumba is setting sail again.
The global dance fitness phenomenon is set to revive its Zumba Cruise in March 2026, marking a splashy return after a seven-year break. The five-day, all-out dance party at sea will depart from Miami on March 9 and dock in Cozumel, Mexico, with thousands of Zumba loyalists expected to turn the Norwegian Pearl into a floating fitness festival.

“There’s truly nothing like the Zumba Cruise—the energy, the passion, the sheer joy of thousands of people dancing together at sea,” Zumba Chief Marketing Officer Carolina Moraes said. “This is one of our most sought-after events, and for years, our instructors and students have been asking for its return. We’re beyond excited to finally bring it back and open it to the public so everyone can experience the magic firsthand!”

The cruise comes amid a boom in wellness tourism, offering fitness and Zumba fans an active and immersive escape. Onboard, cruisegoers can expect dance workouts with celebrity instructors (including Zumba founder Beto Perez), specialty workouts such as Strong Nation and Circl Mobility, themed dance parties and surprise musical performances.
Between sweat sessions, guests can recharge with spa treatments, gourmet meals and Norwegian Pearl’s signature entertainment. Once docked in Cozumel, they’ll be able to explore white-sand beaches.

Beyond its plans to hit the high seas, Zumba recently expanded its reach into the home fitness space through a new partnership with Nex, a motion technology startup behind the controller-free Nex Playground console. The collaboration introduces a gamified Zumba experience designed for the whole family, blending the brand’s signature choreography with AI-powered motion tracking, real-time feedback and progression-based gameplay.
