The inaugural event, to be held in April, aims to unite leaders across science, business and culture as community-driven, in-person wellness experiences take off worldwide

A new industry-focused wellness event is coming to Miami this spring, bringing together leaders influencing the global market and its future.

Wellist Week will host its inaugural event April 13 through 19, designed as both a conference and citywide event open to the public.

Billed as the “first citywide gathering for wellness,” the event aims to bring together a diverse array of influential voices in the wellness space, from practitioners and scientists to innovators and stakeholders.

“We’re building Wellist Week as a place of responsibility, not hype,” said founder Myk Likhov.

“It is where the global wellness community comes home, uniting science and spirit, business and belonging, to continually re-orient leaders toward wellbeing, not just profit,” Likhov added. “By bringing together business, science, culture and wisdom, Wellist creates the conditions for collaboration, stewardship and long-term impact.”

The event’s speakers so far span a breadth of industry themes, from recovery science and longevity to social wellness and performance tech, and include founders and practitioners.

The lineup currently includes HigherDose co-founder and co-CEO Katie Kaps, Soho House North America head of wellness Tino DeMartino, Novos founder and CEO Chris Mirabile, double-board certified physician and longevity doctor Dr. Halland Chen and Eight Sleep chief financial officer Nicolas Chammas.

“Wellness is no longer a trend or niche, it is a transformative force with the power to realign humanity, bringing us into harmony with ourselves, each other and the planet,” said Wellist Week co-founder Alhia Chacoff. “Wellist is a shared commitment to that vision, to cultivate a collective and complete view of wellness, one that penetrates culture and business alike, becoming a way of being that strengthens and uplifts human potential for the future.”

Wellist joins the growing number of wellness-focused events as the industry continues expanding into in-person networking and community-building opportunities.

Other in-person events offer new ways for people to get involved in the fitness and wellness space, as Under Armour unveiled its new partnership with StarCruises to launch a workout-driven cruise experience, following in the footsteps of fitness-racing brand Hyrox, which recently announced its own adult-only fitness cruise running in October.
