The luxury hotel chain is hosting W Legends activations at its locations in California and Arizona. Celebrity trainers will lead high-intensity workouts, while participants can also take advantage of curated wellness activations and recovery amenities

The W Hotels in Hollywood, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, are about to be taken over by an immersive fitness experience, led by celebrity trainers Christian Castano and Matthew Tralli.

Known as W Legends, the high-energy workout sessions throughout the event will bring together athletes, creators and wellness enthusiasts in the luxury hotels, alongside curated wellness activations and key moments set aside for community building and social opportunities.

“W Legends is about more than just a workout, it’s about creating an experience where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired to push beyond their limits,” said Castano. “We’re bringing an unmatched energy … and this is just the beginning.”

W Legends, the signature workout series of W Hotels, is known for its high-intensity group 60-minute workouts broken into four 15-minute blocks, featuring agility, strength and power movements.

“This event represents the evolution of fitness. It’s not just about physical strength, it’s about community, mindset and lifestyle,” Tralli, a former Division 1 college football player, added. “Hosting it at W Scottsdale and W Hollywood elevates the entire experience; it’s where fitness meets culture.”

The event will also feature a Wellness Village, complete with cold plunges, on-site chiropractor and top-tier physical therapists, as well as Reiki healing sessions, premium brand giveaways and curated vendor experiences.

In-person fitness events are becoming hot spots for brands to collaborate with activations that bring greater exposure to their products and services.

Earlier this month, brands like Adidas, Asics and Zappos hosted events surrounding the Los Angeles Marathon, taking advantage of a major opportunity to engage with consumers already in these communal fitness settings.
