Ultrahuman, Clue Partner for More Integrated Cycle Tracking
A new partnership brings together biomarker data from Ultrahuman’s Ring AIR with Clue’s advanced cycle insights to give women a fuller picture of their health
Ultrahuman, known for its wearable Ring AIR, has partnered with Clue, the women-led period and cycle tracking app, to offer women a better way to connect cycle history with real-time biomarker data. The integration allows users to import up to six months of period history from Clue directly into the Ultrahuman app, where it is mapped against continuous data points like skin temperature, resting heart rate and heart rate variability.
The result is a more complete picture of how different cycle phases, like menstrual, follicular, ovulation and luteal, affect recovery, energy and performance. A rise in skin temperature or resting heart rate during the luteal phase, for example, can be better contextualized when placed alongside historical cycle patterns. Similarly, dips in heart rate variability early in the cycle can be recognized as part of a natural rhythm rather than outliers.
For consumers, the integration also removes the need to manually log period dates in multiple apps. Clue instead serves as the anchor, while Ultrahuman’s wearable provides continuous, real-time biomarker data. The combination, according to Ultrahuman, enables a much broader health picture with no extra effort from the user.
The partnership is particularly relevant for women with irregular cycles, where missing or inconsistent entries can make predictions less reliable. Anchoring predictions in Clue’s detailed logs helps Ultrahuman adjust baselines and refine its models, creating more accurate insights. While the integration does not yet allow biomarker data from Ultrahuman to flow back into Clue, or bring in Clue’s basal body temperature logs, the connection still represents a big step toward more connected cycle health tracking.
