Tony Robbins’ Fountain Life Lands $18M to Grow Longevity Clinics for Wealthy Clients

The fresh funding will support Fountain Life’s expansion of its luxury longevity centers for high-net-worth clients into Houston, Los Angeles and Miami

Fountain Life, a longevity-focused health company co-founded by Dr. William Kapp, motivational speaker and author Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis, has raised $18 million in a Series B funding round led by EOS Ventures.

The round included participation from existing board members, the startup told TechCrunch, which first reported the news.

The latest round brings Fountain Life’s total funding to about $108 million, following an $80 million Series A, and will fuel expansion beyond its current clinics in Naples and Orlando, Florida, Dallas, Texas and Westchester, New York. A Houston location is set to open later this year, with Los Angeles and Miami slated for the second quarter of 2026.

In addition to expanding its network of centers specializing in early-detection screenings, biomarker testing and regenerative therapies, Fountain Life appeared to signal that it may explore partnerships to train outside clinics in its methods, a move that could make its services more affordable. While Fountain Life does not disclose its membership pricing on its website, TechCrunch noted that a full subscription runs $21,500 a year, covering extensive testing and physician access, but not extended medical care. A lower-priced option, at $10,500, includes the testing process and use of the company’s AI platform, but does not provide ongoing medical support or tests.

Robbins is no stranger to longevity and wellness. In 2024, he teamed up with hospitality executive and SBE founder Sam Nazarian to launch The Estate, a luxury resort and residence brand built around longevity science, preventive medicine and personalized wellness.

The project includes musician and SBE partner Marc Anthony and international strategist Richard Attias. Earlier this spring, the brand appointed Kenneth Ryan, former head of global spa, fitness and wellness at Marriott International, as the industry’s first chief longevity officer. Ryan is tasked with weaving AI-driven health assessments, biological age tracking and advanced biotech therapies into the guest experience and developing retreats, membership programs, wellness products and wellness experiences for the brand’s ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

According to The Estate’s website, Fountain Life will be integrated into the brand’s resorts and urban longevity centers. Two planned properties are listed on The Estate’s website: one in St. Kitts and another at Los Angeles’ Century Plaza, both in development.
