Tone House, Hone Health Partner To Merge Performance & Prevention

The high-intensity training brand and longevity platform are teaming up to deliver athletes both peak performance today and long-term health outcomes
Tone House has entered an exclusive partnership with Hone Health, marking a new step in the convergence of boutique fitness and personalized healthcare. The collaboration launched in June 2025 ahead of Turf Wars, Tone House’s annual competition and aligns with Hone Health’s rollout of its supplement line.
The partnership provides Tone House clients a 30% discount on a one-year Hone Health membership, while Hone’s New York-based community gains access to Tone House training. Hone will also appear on-site at Tone House’s signature events, Lift Off and Guys Night this fall and Ladies Night next spring, offering product consultations and complimentary samples.
“At Tone House, we are always striving to provide our athletes with access to quality products, services and experiences aligned with our holistic 360 approach to a healthy lifestyle,” said Elvira Yambot, COO of Tone House. “We believe this partnership represents a unique and forward-thinking opportunity to create meaningful community engagement through a value-added experience in health and performance optimization.”
For Hone, the collaboration demonstrates its mission to bring healthcare into the fitness landscape. “By combining rigorous fitness with cutting-edge health support, this partnership helps athletes perform at their best today and stay in the game for years to come,” said Saad Alam, Founder and CEO of Hone Health.
The deal echoes a broader shift across the industry, where gyms are expanding into wellness and healthcare. In recent months, Pvolve collaborated with the University of Exeter on a clinical study about women’s health and In-Shape teamed up with Korb Health to offer GLP-1 access alongside training services.
