Sweatfully Streamlines Gym Buildouts With Fitness Marketplace

From cardio and strength machines to flooring and lockers, Sweatfully streamlines gym outfitting for everyone from homeowners to hotels
Sweatfully.com thinks gym outfitting is overdue for an upgrade.
The Boston-based startup has launched a one-stop marketplace for fitness and facility equipment, offering more than 15,000 products across strength, cardio and recovery to flooring, lighting and lockers, complete with transparent pricing.
The marketplace goes beyond homeowners and gym owners, serving hotels, developers, schools and corporate wellness programs looking to equip high-quality fitness spaces.
“Sweatfully is solving a real operational pain point,” founder Nate Yee said. “The traditional model is fragmented and slow—customers waste time bouncing between manufacturer websites, chasing quotes, and coordinating logistics. We’ve removed all of that friction and built a scalable model for modern gym construction.”
To attract and retain customers, Sweatfully offers perks like free shipping on select items, $50 gift bonuses on qualifying orders, flexible financing, a loyalty program and benefits for repeat purchases.
The startup says it’s actively seeking strategic partners to expand its supplier network.
“This isn’t just retail—it’s infrastructure,” Yee said. “We’re helping clients build wellness environments, which gives us a long runway across sectors like healthcare, real estate, hospitality and high-performance training.”
