Onelife Fitness To Open New $10M Health Club in Virginia

The upcoming Ashburn, Virginia, location brings Onelife Fitness to more than 70 clubs open or in development
Onelife Fitness is investing $10 million to open a new health club in Loudoun County, Virginia, slated to open next spring.
The expansion marks the latest move in a wave of growth for Onelife Fitness, which has expanded in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, South Carolina and North Carolina over the past year. In February, the fitness operator acquired two former 24 Hour Fitness locations in Falls Church and Fairfax, Virginia. With the addition of the Ashburn site, Onelife Fitness now has more than 70 clubs open or in development.
The upcoming 55,000-square-foot facility, set to open at Ashbrook Commons, will feature a full suite of amenities, including strength and cardio training zones, functional turf areas, an indoor saltwater pool and recovery offerings such as red light therapy, HydroMassage, percussion and compression therapy, cold plunges and saunas.
“We have deep roots in Loudoun County, and we’re excited to expand to meet the community’s needs with more premier Onelife Fitness destinations,” Onelife Fitness CEO Ori Gorfine said. “Our mission is to deliver a wide variety of fitness experiences, from strength training and expert coaching to fitness classes and more, under one roof, with a price that makes fitness attainable and sustainable for life.”
The upcoming Ashburn location will feature boutique-style group fitness offerings, including BodyPump, Zumba, and interval training, alongside dedicated spaces such as a Holistic Mind & Body Studio for yoga, barre and Pilates, a Strike boxing studio, and a cycling studio. A Kids Club will also be available, equipped with a gaming zone, basketball court and cinema.
“We believe that the best fitness program is the one you enjoy – and we pride ourselves on the breadth and depth of amenities and services available at our state-of-the-art facilities,” Gorfine said. “Even more so, Onelife Fitness is incredibly proud of our people and the welcoming, supportive environment in each of our clubs.”
