The racket-sports apparel brand is bringing global tennis star Nick Kyrgios into the fold as both owner and creative director to usher in a new era of racquet-sport style. The brand carries activewear for men and women, plus a range of accessories. “Stack represents everything I stand for—making noise and pushing boundaries,” Kyrgios said. “We’re building a brand with real personality. If it doesn’t make people feel something, I’m not interested.” The move represents the shifting tide in racquet sports, becoming less stuffy and more appealing to Gen Z and Millennials. Legacy brands are already signaling the change. Last month, Boast unveiled a modern women’s collection built to bridge performance and off-court fashion. In his new role, Kyrgios will guide design direction, capsule storytelling and athlete collaborations. “Tennis has its traditions — I’ve never cared about fitting into them,” Kyrgios said. “As creative director, that’s the energy I’m bringing to Stack. Raw, expressive, unapologetic. This brand is for people who show up exactly as they are. No filters.” Stack Athletics president Jeremy Nef sees the move as a strategic jump toward the brand’s louder ambitions. “Nick is a massive addition to our team, bringing a style and attitude to help drive our company forward,” Nef said. “He’s confident, a bit rebellious and willing to break the mold – just what our industry needs. His energy and individuality align with the culture we’re building.” The announcement lands as Kyrgios returns to major stages. Next month, he will headline U.S. exhibitions, including The Atlanta Cup and The Garden Cup at Madison Square Garden, before heading to Dubai for a Battle of the Sexes exhibit against Aryna Sabalenka.
