Maven Clinic Partners With Oura to Make Women’s Healthcare More Personalized Than Ever

The integration combines Oura Ring’s biometric insights with Maven’s expert care, offering personalized, proactive support for women’s health across every life stage
Maven Clinic, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women’s and family health, has announced a new partnership with Oura, the maker of the popular Oura Ring, to bring continuous biometric data into Maven’s expert-led care model. The integration enables eligible Maven members to sync their Oura Ring data with the Maven platform, providing providers with real-time insights into key health metrics, including sleep, stress, activity, and cycle patterns.
The collaboration is designed to make women’s health care more proactive, personalized, and data-driven. Maven members will receive tailored guidance based on their Oura data, helping optimize fertility, manage pregnancy symptoms, and navigate menopause with earlier interventions. At launch, eligible members will also get exclusive pricing on the Oura Ring.
The partnership reflects a growing shift in how women are approaching health management. According to Maven’s recent survey of 1,200 members, 73% said they track their health regularly, with 45% reviewing data daily. More than half are open to sharing that data with their care providers. This trend is also supported by Rock Health’s findings that over half of women now use virtual care, track health metrics, or own wearable devices.
Maven’s platform combines these biometric insights with 24/7 access to care providers across 30+ specialties, including OB-GYNs, fertility experts, nutritionists, mental health providers, and more. For example, a pregnant member managing gestational diabetes could use Oura’s activity tracking in tandem with Maven’s nutrition coaching to fine-tune glucose management. A member in perimenopause might receive prompts to consult with a Maven specialist if her Oura sleep scores begin to decline.
Maven CEO Kate Ryder said, “We expect smart technology in every part of our lives, and our health should be no different. By teaming up with Oura, we’re giving women and families the tools to be proactive about their health, make more informed choices, and ultimately see better outcomes.”
Oura’s Chief Commercial Officer Dorothy Kilroy added, “Our partnership with Maven Clinic brings our vision to life, helping providers deliver more timely, personalized support grounded in each individual’s unique health patterns.”
The integration marks another step forward in Maven’s mission to bring comprehensive, personalized healthcare to women across every life stage.
