Life Time & GeeVida Health Host Longevity Summit in Irvine

Experts from Life Time and GeeVida Health will lead a one-day summit on healthy aging and performance
As consumer appetite for longevity solutions grows, luxury athletic country club operator Life Time is teaming up with integrative health provider GeeVida Health to host a one-day wellness summit focused on healthy aging and performance optimization.
Set for Saturday, June 14, at the UC Irvine Beall Applied Innovation Center from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the event will feature presentations from leading voices in medicine, nutrition and fitness, including Life Time founder and CEO Bahram Akradi, GeeVida Health CEO Dr. Kambiz Farbakhsh and clinical pharmacist and Life Time Chief Science Officer James LaValle.
Other scheduled speakers include somatic psychologist Dr. Paivi Lee, registered dietitian Anika Christ, and longtime industry executive Jeff Zwiefel, formerly president and COO of Life Time. Olympic coach Mechelle Lewis Freeman and Life Time’s David Freeman will lead movement-focused sessions throughout the day, while Rob Glick will guide a meditation experience on stillness and longevity.
The summit is designed to offer attendees a deep dive into holistic health trends and opportunities for networking. Exhibitors will also be on-site to showcase new products in the performance and longevity space.
