The Miami-based brand will introduce its trademark Partner Interval Training (PIT) system, high-performance amenities and community feel to Nashville, Tennessee, just as 2025 approaches its close. “Nashville embodies the energy, resilience and sense of community that define Legacy’s culture and vision,” said Manning Sumner, the founder and CEO of Legacy. “This city is growing rapidly, attracting ambitious individuals who strive for more — and that’s exactly who we are here to serve.” Opening on Friday, the 11,500-square-foot facility will be located in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, marking the beginning of Legacy’s next chapter in nationwide expansion and adding to its seven existing locations in Florida. Legacy’s signature PIT system will be at the center of the new facility. The system combines HIIT and resistance training among pairs who work out together, motivating each other and performing strength training exercises and high-intensity cardio movements. PIT functions as a private training session inside of a larger group fitness format, with partners working out together as part of a class of 20 to 40 people, fostering a communal fitness atmosphere.
