The move aims to minimize administrative burdens for Boys & Girls Club leaders while expanding access to Daxko’s broader tech stack

Daxko, a leading software provider for gyms and health clubs, has acquired Vision, a longtime software partner of Boys & Girls Clubs, expanding its footprint to nearly 30% of Clubs nationwide.

The acquisition strengthens Daxko’s long-standing commitment to youth-serving organizations by adding dedicated engineering resources, forming a new Customer Advisory Board and offering Vision customers continuity with added tools and innovation.

The move aims to minimize administrative burdens for club leaders and maximize their time with kids, while expanding access to Daxko’s broader tech stack, including member management and digital engagement solutions. Daxko’s acquisition follows its recent purchase of ARC to support Jewish Community Centers, signaling a clear strategic expansion across purpose-driven communities.

“We’re combining trusted relationships with expanded resources and a renewed focus on innovation,” said Jeff VanDixhorn, CEO of Daxko.

“Technology should make our work easier—not harder,” added Derek Heim, CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro South.
