Beauty meets longevity as the franchise launches a West Hollywood Center of Excellence to blend longevity and aesthetics, marking its first major move since being acquired last month
Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center (BHRC) is entering a new era of clinical aesthetics, opening a flagship Center of Excellence in West Hollywood that pairs cosmetic treatments with diagnostic imaging, biometric testing and regenerative protocols.
It will also serve as a blueprint for future development as the franchise plans to scale beyond its 24 locations, which include a mix of franchise and corporate locations.
The timing is right. A growing interest in longevity might be pushing more patients toward aesthetic treatments, a shift LaserAway co-founder and CEO Scott Heckmann recently described as the industry’s “second wave,” driven in part by young consumers and GLP-1 users seeking skin tightening, collagen support and body contouring.
The new BHRC site will serve dual roles: a high-end clinic and a training campus for both new and existing franchisees. It’s also the first major opening under Motivant, an entrepreneur-led firm that acquired the med spa franchise last month.
“BHRC West Hollywood is symbolic of the movement we’re leading — one where beauty and longevity converge,” BHRC CEO Sarah Gabriel said. “As the first major opening under Motivant, this center showcases the innovation, technology and clinical expertise that will define BHRC’s next chapter and set a new benchmark for excellence nationwide.”

Gabriel, a former C-suite executive in private equity and publicly traded companies, was appointed CEO of BHRC following the deal.
The center will introduce several exclusive and limited offerings, including Solaria by InMode, a fractional CO2 laser and EmSculpt Neo by BTL, an FDA-cleared technology designed to build muscle while reducing fat. Other additions include EmFace + Exion by BTL for noninvasive facial lifting and collagen support, Cell Factor Protocols, BHRC’s proprietary regenerative system to improve healing after aesthetic treatments and whole-body diagnostic imaging to personalize care plans.
BHRC will host an exclusive first-look event in December featuring longevity expert Dr. Fab Mancini. A formal grand opening is planned for January 2026 and will include interactive panels, facility tours and VIP booking opportunities.
