The tech giant is continuing to meaningfully invest in fitness this year, from strategic partnerships to new workouts

Apple Fitness+ is set to kick off 2025 with new ways to stay active and mindful. Starting Monday, January 6, the new Fitness+ experience will be available on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

Progressive Strength Training

Fitness+ is debuting “Three Perfect Weeks of Strength,” a progressive strength training program. The three-week series that is designed to target all muscle groups includes 12 guided 30-minute workouts focused on specific techniques: progressive overload (week one), time under tension (week two) and dynamic power (week three).

Pickleball Training

In response to the explosive popularity of pickleball, Fitness+ introduced a “Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball” program. Led by world-ranked professional pickleball champion Catherine Parenteau, the program features exercises inspired by her personal training regimen.

Yoga Peak Poses

The new “Yoga Peak Poses” program offers a workshop-style experience for users looking to refine their skills and build confidence with popular poses such as dancer, twisted hand to big toe, and crow. Each session includes a 10-minute warm-up flow followed by a 10-minute focused practice on the peak pose, replicating the instruction of a yoga retreat.

Breath Meditation for Stress Relief

Fitness+ also introduced  “Introduction to Breath Meditation,” where users can choose from five 10-minute meditations, including techniques like belly, box and ocean breathing. The addition of Breath as a meditation theme brings the total number of themes to 12.
