24 Hour Fitness Launches Recovery & Smart Strength Zones
Recovery24 and Premium Fit24 will be available at select 24 Hour Fitness clubs nationwide
Responding to the rising expectation of recovery and performance tools within fitness facilities, 24 Hour Fitness is expanding its offerings with the launch of Recovery24 and Premium Fit24.
Now available at select clubs nationwide, Recovery24 gives members access to Hyperice Normatec compression therapy and Human Touch massage chairs in a spa-inspired setting, while Premium Fit24 offers
members fully connected, intelligent training machines with built-in tutorials, personalized progression programs and workout tracking.
“Recovery and progression are the two keys to getting results, yet are often thought about separately,” 24 Hour Fitness senior director of fitness business and operations Raphael Konforti said. “With Premium Fit24 and Recovery24, we’re offering members a boutique-quality experience right inside their home club. These amenities make elite-level training and recovery tools accessible to everyone, creating more personalized and effective pathways to health.”
Earlier this year, 24 Hour Fitness expanded its partnership with virtual nutrition coaching platform Dietitian Live, following a successful pilot program in 2024. The fitness operator plans to roll out the program to more than 250 locations this year, giving members access to virtual sessions with registered dietitians for personalized nutrition strategies that support their wellness goals.
