A bouncing good time: boutique fitness and trampoline brand The Ness is opening the its new studio this weekend in NYC

The Ness, a New York City dance-based trampoline and sculpt class with a celebrity fan base that includes America Ferrera and Molly Gordon, is set to open a new flagship studio in Tribeca this weekend.

A-lister Eva Longoria is also a huge fan of The Ness, once describing the boutique fitness brand’s trampoline as “the Rolls Royce of trampolines” in an interview with PopSugar last year. Gwyneth Paltrow has also shared that the trampoline workout makes her feel like a “happy kid.”

Located at 200 Church Street, The Ness Tribeca studio will offer its signature trampoline and sculpt as well as its new ‘super strength’  method—all delivered in a small group setting and led by expert fitness instructors.

In the new year, The Ness plans to expand into a full fitness and recovery destination with a sauna, cold plunge, a private training studio and training sessions (including reformer Pilates), high-end locker rooms, and a retail space filled with luxury wellness brands.

Colette Dong, co-founder of The Ness, describes the new studio as the next step in the brand’s evolution—focused on bringing joy and connection through movement.

“With this new flagship location, we’re taking that vision to the next level – not just expanding our offerings, but also re-emphasizing the sense of community and care at the heart of our brand,” Dong said. “We’ve poured everything into making this studio a place where people can truly feel at home.”

Co-founder Aly Giampolo adds, “We’ve never subscribed to outdated ideology about fitness and weight loss, and instead focus on the contagious joy that comes from moving your body alongside like-minded people.”
