SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of a subscription to the ATN Executive Circle, ATN PRO, and any other professional subscription plans offered by the Company in the future (collectively, the “Subscription”). Subscriptions are intended for business and professional use. By purchasing a Subscription, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a company or organization and that you have authority to bind yourself and that entity to these Subscription Terms.
1. Subscription Plans and Membership Benefits
Athletech Media Group LLC (the “Company”) offers Subscriptions on a 12-month basis (each, an “Initial Term”).
In addition to access to the Company’s Athletech New digital content, certain subscription packages may include access to or eligibility for additional benefits, which may include invitations to events, private gatherings, community features, calls, summits, preferred pricing, or other experiences (collectively, the “Membership Benefits”).
Membership Benefits are provided on an invitation-only or discretionary basis and may be subject to capacity limits, eligibility requirements, scheduling constraints, and the Company’s sole discretion. The Company does not guarantee that any particular member will be invited to or able to attend any specific event, dinner, gathering, call, or experience.
The Company may modify, substitute, or discontinue specific Membership Benefits from time to time, provided that the core digital subscription remains available for the duration of your paid term.
Your Subscription provides digital access to content via our website and/or applications for the duration of your paid term.
Access begins on the date of purchase (or, if applicable, when your account is activated).
2. Pricing, Billing, and Authorization
The price of your Subscription is disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for:
- the Initial Term, and
- unless you cancel, each subsequent renewal term as described below.
All charges are payable in advance.
3. Automatic Renewal
AUTO-RENEWAL NOTICE: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of your Initial Term unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- A 12-month Subscription renews for successive 12-month periods.
Each renewal period is a “Renewal Term.”
Unless otherwise disclosed, your Subscription will renew at the then-current subscription rate in effect at the time of renewal.
4. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
From time to time, we may offer free trials or introductory pricing.
If you enroll in a free trial or discounted introductory offer:
- The length of the trial or introductory period and the price to be charged afterward will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
- Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription, and we will charge your payment method at the standard disclosed rate.
- After conversion, your Subscription will continue to automatically renew as described in Section 3.
5. Renewal Notices
Where required by applicable law, we will send you a renewal reminder or notice prior to renewal that includes:
- the renewal date,
- the amount to be charged, and
- instructions on how to cancel.
6. Cancellation
You have 30-days from the date you subscribe to cancel your initial subscription – no refunds will be issued if you do not cancel within this 30-day period.
Thereafter, you may cancel your Subscription at any time before your renewal date to avoid future renewal charges.
How to cancel:
If you subscribed online, you may cancel online by:
- logging into your account, from the dropdown menu select “Account”, scroll to the bottom and, under “My Memberships”, click “Cancel” and confirm your cancellation. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation, or
- contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation is effective at the end of your then-current paid term. You will continue to have digital access through the end of that term.
7. Refunds
You have 30-days from the date you subscribe to cancel your initial subscription – unless required by law, NO REFUNDS will be issued if you do not cancel within this 30-day period and we will not provide refunds or credits for:
- partially used subscription periods, or
- unused time remaining in a Subscription term after cancellation.
8. Changes to Pricing or Terms
We may change subscription prices or these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated to you as required by law.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
10. Community Platforms and Privacy
Certain Membership Benefits may include optional access to private community or messaging platforms, including members-only WhatsApp groups or similar third-party services (“Community Platforms”). Participation in any Community Platform is optional.
By choosing to participate in a Community Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Your participation is subject to the terms, policies, and privacy practices of the applicable third-party platform;
• Information you choose to share within a Community Platform may be visible to other members;
• The Company does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, or data practices of any third-party platform;
• The Company is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of other members within a Community Platform.
Your participation in Community Platforms is also subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal information in connection with our services.
11. Our Use of Your Business or Organization Name and Logo
By purchasing a Subscription on behalf of a company or organization, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license during the term of the Subscription to use the subscribing company’s name and logo solely for the purpose of identifying the company as having representatives who are members of the Athletech subscription community.
Such use may include, without limitation, placement on the Company’s website, marketing materials, presentations, event materials, and promotional communications identifying member companies or participants.
The Company will not state that a subscribing company endorses the Company or its products or services without separate written permission. Upon written request, the Company will cease future use of a company’s name or logo within a commercially reasonable period. If a subscribing company prefers not to have its name or logo used in the manner set forth above, it may opt out by providing written notice to the Company at [email protected]. Opt-out requests will not affect the validity or pricing of the Subscription.
12. Photography and Video Consent
By purchasing a Subscription and by attending any invitation-only dinners, private gatherings, summits, events, or related experiences hosted or organized by the Company, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to photograph, record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and appearance, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish such photographs, audio, and video recordings for marketing, promotional, editorial, and business purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further approval or compensation.
13. Investment-Related Opportunities
From time to time, the Company may make members aware of potential venture capital, private equity, or other investment opportunities.
Membership does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation. Participation in any investment opportunity is entirely optional and subject to separate eligibility requirements, disclosures, and legal documentation.
Membership fees do not constitute investment capital and are not applied toward any investment. The Company does not guarantee access to, allocation in, or outcomes of any investment opportunity.
14. No Professional Advice
Content, discussions, calls, events, and community interactions provided as part of the Subscription or Membership Benefits are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
