Her app has partnered with Corporate Traveler, the flagship SME division of Flight Centre Travel Group, to launch a Wellness Travel Guide that helps business travelers stay healthy and energized. “Our mission has always been to support women through fitness, and we’re excited to extend that to the world of business travel with this guide,” Itsines said. “Through our collaboration with Corporate Traveler, we’re pleased to provide business travelers with practical, accessible tools to prioritize their wellbeing – wherever their journey takes them.” The guide offers practical tips for staying energized during trips, including in-flight stretching, mindful hydration, healthy snacking and short workouts on arrival. It was developed in response to a growing focus on employee well-being, particularly among frequent international travelers and comes as U.S. corporate travelers increasingly head overseas. In April, flight bookings from the U.S. to Italy increased by 31%, to the United Kingdom by 7%, to Japan by 6%, to Brazil by 17%, to the United Arab Emirates by 52% and to South Africa by 53%, according to Corporate Traveler. credit: Sweat “For business travelers, it’s essential that travel doesn’t become a barrier to productivity—or to health,” Corporate Traveler USA president John Van den Heuvel said. “Preparation is key to maintaining energy, focus and performance on the road. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Sweat on this guide, which should serve as a great starting point for anyone looking to stay energized and focused while traveling.” Itsines also points travelers to the Sweat app’s On Demand section, which offers quick, travel-friendly workouts and restorative movement sessions to help travelers recharge. Users can filter workouts by duration, location, equipment or training style to fit their needs.
