Sunny Health & Fitness Launches AI Fitness Coach 2.0

Sunny Health & Fitness has upgraded its free SunnyFit app with AI Fitness Coach 2.0, delivering personalized workouts that connect with home gym equipment
Sunny Health & Fitness has launched the 2.0 version of its Sunny AI Fitness Coach in the free SunnyFit app, adding deeper personalization, more workout options and integration with its connected fitness equipment.
The upgrade follows an earlier soft launch that gave the home fitness equipment and training solutions company time to adjust the platform based on user feedback. The AI-powered tool now delivers workout plans that adapt over time, incorporating modifications, alternatives and progress tracking to keep users engaged.

To get started, Sunny AI Fitness Coach app users answer a short set of questions on their fitness goals, available time, equipment and current fitness level. The AI then recommends workouts developed by certified trainers, supported by an extensive movement library for correct form and safety. Plans span beginner to advanced levels.
The Sunny AI Fitness Coach links with Sunny’s treadmills, exercise bikes, rowers, ellipticals and strength machines through the SunnyFit app, allowing users to track performance, log progress and access immersive training content.
Sunny Health & Fitness said it plans to keep refining the AI tool, adding new features, expanding the movement library and increasing customization. The Sunny AI Fitness Coach 2.0 is available now in the free SunnyFit App on iOS and Android.
The launch follows Sunny Health & Fitness’ recent acquisition of U.K.-based JLL Fitness. The companies plan to roll out a broader range of smart, connected equipment integrated with the SunnyFit app. Also this year, Sunny added Wi-Fi-enabled treadmills that sync with the app and connect to TVs for a more immersive experience.
