Plunge’s Pre-Black Friday Sale Promises Its Best Deals Ever on Bestselling Cold Tubs & Saunas

The luxury wellness company is kicking off Black Friday early with discounts of up to 25% off cold plunge tubs, saunas and bundles

Plunge is giving wellness enthusiasts early Black Friday deals worth diving into (or sweating for).

Through Dec. 10, the California-based company is offering up to $7,500 in savings on its at-home cold and heat therapy appliances and products and extending its 0% financing to 36 months (up from 24 months). For a limited time, save 25% off all cold plunges (for a maximum $3,000 off), 20% off saunas (or a max of $4,500 off), 50% off the Plunge Protect extended three-year warranty and $1,000 off Pro Sauna assembly.

Plunge’s products are also HSA/FSA eligible for eligible shoppers. Given that the deadline to spend funds in your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is Dec. 31, 2025, the sale is an opportune time to make the most of your tax-free money. (Keep in mind you can still contribute to 2025’s Health Savings Account until April 15, 2026.)

All of Plunge’s cold tub chillers feature ozone sanitation and 20-micron filter to ensure is always clean. The company’s cold tubs and saunas can be controlled with the Plunge app (available for iOS and Android), which guides users through appliance setup and allows you to manage the temperature, sessions and lighting (for select products).

Tubs and saunas come with a one-year warranty, and Plunge offers an in-house, U.S.-based support team and a nationwide technician network if repairs are ever needed.

In her hands-on testing of Plunge’s Air cold tub, ATN writer Elizabeth Ostertag found the inflatable tub “remarkably sturdy” and comfortable, while the chiller was quiet and reliable. The company says the benefits of its cold plunges include faster recovery, immune system support, a more resilient nervous system, improved metabolic health and an increase in mood and energy levels.

As for Plunge’s saunas, author and physical therapist Dr. Kelley Starrett notes that benefits include lower stress, pain relief for sore muscles and chronic conditions, improved cardiovascular and skin health, better sleep and metabolism and detoxification

The benefits cold plunging and heat therapy for mental health and post-workout recovery are often touted in the fitness and wellness industry, and Plunge recently partnered with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) to put its gear to the scientific test. Researchers will study the potential physiological and neurological benefits of cold and hot therapy and observe their effects on performance, recovery and healthspan.
