Homedics Goes Full Steam Ahead with Pop Up Steam Sauna
Suitable for both the indoors and outdoors, Homemedic’s new SaunaZen easily sets up in under a minute and provides an hour of continuous steam therapy
Homedics has launched a portable steam sauna, SaunaZen, for both indoor and outdoor environments — just in time for the holidays and ideal for wellness seekers or the “sauna-curious.”
Priced at $249.99 on Homedics.com and available on Costco.com for $149.99 for cardholders of the members-only warehouse, the fold-and-carry SaunaZen sets up in under 90 seconds and uses a standard outlet, powering temperatures up to 115°F at 100% humidity.
Users can enjoy up to 60 minutes of continuous steam therapy, with the low-profile sauna comfortably accommodating individuals up to 6’5″ while seated on an included foldable chair.
Proponents of sauna therapy credit it for its stress-relief properties, as well as its positive effects on skin health, circulation, and post-workout recovery.
“At Homedics, we are committed to providing innovative wellness solutions that fit seamlessly into the modern lifestyle,” said Daniel Kaufman, head of corporate strategy at FKA Brands. “With SaunaZen, we’ve made it possible to enjoy the powerful health benefits of a traditional steam sauna right at home. The benefits of steam saunas are incredibly impactful and should be a part of everyone’s daily routine. We’re thrilled to introduce our first entry into the sauna category, with more exciting innovations on the way to make self-care even more accessible and convenient.” You can try out the sauna for yourself for $250 at Homedics.
