HigherDose, known for bringing biohacking-inspired tools to the home, is expanding its lineup of red light devices with the launch of the Full Body Red Light Mat.

The new product builds on the brand’s success of the Red Light Face Mask and Hat, scaling the benefits of red and near-infrared light from targeted treatments to a fully immersive experience.

The mat delivers dual-wavelength red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) light, paired with 40 Hz NIR pulsing, a frequency linked to neurological and circadian support. With an irradiance of 90 mW/cm², it penetrates deeper skin layers while remaining suitable for longer 20–60 minute sessions without overheating.

HigherDose designed the mat with versatility in mind: it can be used lying flat against the skin, hung vertically, or wrapped around the body, and it rolls up for storage or travel. It also integrates with the company’s existing PEMF Mat, allowing users to layer light therapy with pulsed electromagnetic field technology.

Potential benefits of the mat include lowering cortisol to help prevent burnout, improving skin tone and radiance, supporting muscle recovery, balancing circadian rhythms and energizing cells through mitochondrial support. Like other HigherDose products, it comes with a built-in control panel and remote for session customization.

The Full Body Red Light Mat retails for $1,199 and is available now exclusively on HigherDose’s website.
