BeaverFit Rolls Out Redesigned Shred Shed With Lighter Frame & Modular Rigging

Dual roll-up doors, corrosion-resistant aluminum and a compact 4-by-4-foot footprint headline the upgrade

BeaverFit, the Reno-based maker of outdoor training rigs and storage solutions, has launched a revamped Shred Shed that trims weight by 30%, reduces raw-material use by 40% and adds new modular rigging on up to four sides.

“To us, it’s not just about building equipment — it’s about creating training environments that enable our customers to win, whatever winning looks like for them,” said Greg Monaco, product manager at BeaverFit.

Building on that mission, the company has overhauled the Shred Shed’s layout, materials and access points to make outdoor sessions faster to set up and simpler to secure.

What’s new

These updates are meant to deliver a self-contained training hub that withstands year-round conditions while flexing to varied strength and functional formats. Features include:

  • Dual roll-up doors for faster gear access and quicker setup/breakdown.
  • Corrosion-resistant aluminum panels for long-term durability and lower maintenance.
  • Improved interior shelving and secure storage to keep equipment organized.
  • Modular rigging on up to four sides to widen exercise options.
  • Compact footprint: 4 ft × 4 ft × 8 ft 9 in per unit.
  • Same weather protection: hot-dip-galvanized, powder-coated steel; custom colors and branding remain available.

“We understand the challenges of bringing structure, consistency and professionalism to outdoor training,” Monaco added. “The Shred Shed solves this issue by creating a secure, fully integrated training environment that adapts to any outdoor setting with one rugged solution.”

First installation

The University of San Diego has taken delivery of the first three units — two connected by a 16-foot rig and one standalone — finished in gray and blue school colors and logos. The setup supports barbell work, pull-ups, landmines, battle ropes, wall balls, boxing and more, giving students a fully equipped outdoor training zone.
