The Amenity Collective’s new advisory division will target early-stage strategy for fitness and amenity-driven real estate projects with a team led by Danny Dulkin
The Amenity Collective is taking a larger role before projects break ground.
The North America-based fitness, wellness and aquatics provider has announced the launch of LIVunLtd Consulting, a new advisory division created to work with owners and developers at the earliest stages of planning fitness, wellness and aquatics projects, long before concrete is poured or equipment is ordered.
The move comes as operators are increasingly looking to bake performance into projects from day one rather than retrofitting spaces after opening and as wellness real estate continues its steady rise.
LIVunLtd Consulting will operate under the company’s LIVunLtd brand platform and focus on early-stage strategy for multifamily, hospitality, corporate, municipal, campus and private club developments.
To lead the new division, the company has tapped former Arch Amenities Group vice president Danny Dulkin as president of consulting and development, overseeing LIVunLtd Consulting’s rollout across North America.

Dulkin joins the role alongside two additional appointments. David Bernstein will serve as vice president of consulting and development, overseeing advisory work for both nonprofit and commercial facilities. Chris Provost, an architect, steps in as director of design and development, leading project delivery across consulting engagements.
